Still another 2-3 weeks at least. When there are 95-98% brown pistils is when the plant will be at max THC (mostly cloudy and some clear trichomes). Waiting until all the pistls are 99-100% brown, you will get more amber trichomes and more CBD with diminished THC levels.

To me your flowers look like they can still fatten up. A lot of stigmas (the two hairs protruding from the bracts) of your pistillate flower are still completely white. You can wait for some of them to fade and you'll see new ones coming up, while the bracts of the old ones will be swelling up. Don't only look at trichomes on the leaves but also those on the bracts.

From what I have understood about cannabis so far is, the max potency is when the trichomes are cloudy/milky coloured. If you're purely aiming for max thc, you're not far off. If you would like a better smoke, with more flavour, wait until about 10% of the trichomes have turned amber coloured.
