plants too small?

These plants will not grow satisfactorally............plant new, quality seeds and stop wasting time on these ones.

Hello! Since you are not growing an auto it may be an unnecessary challenge to grow such a small plant in your container size. It can definitely be done, but it is a bit of a challenge to avoid under or over watering until your roots are more established. At least in my experience. I'd start out in a bit smaller container that you can actually saturate when watered. If you fully saturate the large container you're using then you're going to have more issues. Just my thought
