Hi,My ladyes is 8 days old seems they are good for now , i have noticed litle bit yellowing on leaves as u see,and the one it is litle bit slower with red stem,no idea why and from what,Growing in Lightmix Biobizz and i am about to transplant them in airpot in 2,3 days,opinion?

Your cotyledons will yellow and probably eventually fall off. The only real purpose of them is to assist in cracking the seed open, protect the shoot as it emerges, and supply a little nutrients until the roots develop(hence the yellowing). Rest easy.
