Is this still good or is it ruined?

Hung plants to dry and waited for stems to snap, unfortunately when I checked the buds were so crispy they basically crumbles in my hands. I heard this could be mold/rot also. Did I mess up and over dry my buds, or is this something much more awful? Is this still salvageable?

I dint see any mold. Drying and curring us deff an art. Take some trial and err. Honestly most buds taste like crap for atleast 20 to 30 days and really start ti taste better after about 40 to 50

Last photo looks moldy grey, but is blurry to say 4sure. Rest is ok. Overdrying is detrimental to terps. Humidity packs and month cure should give you chance to make it decent.

Would it be ok to dry for 2 weeks without any trim?My grow is taking longer than expected and life is getting in the way. I will not be able to harvest personally so when the time comes my friend will chop the plants and hang them in the tent. 7th week flowering mold problem. Bud rot! Should I harvest early?I wasn’t finding any mold or mildew except a few leaves until today. Had about 4days of rain and now there’s a bit of rot in every large bud it seems like.
