m0useanswered grow question 5 days ago I don't see any mold. but does not mean its not present.
Molds the part we see is just its fruiting flowers... sorta. the part we see and know as mold its when its ready to reproduce. its small network of hyphe we don't typically see and can run deep into the tissue.
If you over dried the buds and they are powdery it could have been from a mold or just to dry, leaves also get powdery when dried for a long time,
I have seen old colonies of mold on dead branches and when broken then tend to scatter like a old screen saver and they have a specific look in the air. wispy particles. like how a giant flock of birds looks on a nature documentary, similar movements. follows air currents as they are all super smaller mold spores. much like a super fine dust but not statically charged. Its looks relaxing and beautiful but it is not :(
