you spraying your plants with anything? Or givng them lot of silicon? Looks like its sheading its skin but its very white, almost like an exoskeltion or repitle.

Almost looks like splashback from watering. I know a fella that developed an app called Grow doc. Try it out might help. Everything in the pic says healthy plant to me. Good luck

its bad to see. is it alive? but it does not look like mealybugs It could be fertilizer residues that ended up on it during watering. It could also be fertilizer salts that the plant itself excludes, such as phosphate or carbonate. maybe its just a toplayer of "skin", because it grew so good
