As mentioned by others, it needs transplanted.
You would be amazed at what transplanting into fresh medium can do.
Idk what final pot size you plan to grow in but if it's a 3-5 gallon, you could transplant right into it now.
If you're using Pro-Mix HP, it does not contain nutrients and feeding should start around day 7.
Be careful with dosing, plant is to young for a veg stage dose.
Always start with lower amount of nutrients, deficiencies are easier to correct then toxicity IMO.
If you're using Pro-Mix that comes in the black bags from like Walmart, that does have nutrients in it so feeding may not have to start until later.
Make sure you're not giving a ton of light at this stage and don't let fans or humidifiers mist blow right on the plant.
Also try not to get any water on the leaves, they can do all sorts of weird things if they get even a little mist on them.
