Brown spots on weed

Hey everyone I'm a new grower and just started my first set of 4 plants and at one point I gave them water and the PH level was to high and got them kinda back to looking somewhere normal again but now I got some wired brown bumps on the stem not on the leaves what could it be.

Almost looks like its hardening off. Doesnt look bad to me. Good luck
