Hey there don't worry it looks like slight nitrogen toxicity. You should be fine. Just be carefull with nutrients in the near future

if you are in soil, i would say you overwater, aka have no wet/dry regime, now roots missing oxygen, ph fluctation can happen, then comes rusty spots and discoloration, aka signs of calcium.
