It's hard to tell from the photo, is the growth tip still intact(between the cotyledons)? If it is it might survive but if it's rotted out it's toast. Too wet. You might have been doming it maybe? Don't if you did....fresh air is way more beneficial for a seedling than high humidity. Domes are more important for clone cuttings. Are you still using mugs to germinate in like in your last diary? You need to be using something with some holes in the bottom for drainage.

It’s dead. When you place seed in the ground make sure you get soil damp b4 placeimg seed in soil even pick up the soil and squeeze it soil all the extra water comes out and use the damp soil that u squeezed the extra water out. That will hold the plant for like the 1st 4 or 5 days it’s in the container after that make sure you are only spraying like 30 or 40 sprays from a water bottle at a time when the seedlings still small You have to make sure to let the soil get really dry in between waterings that’s why only spraying at 1st will let the soil get dry every few days The plant can’t just sit in a container of soaking wet soil off rip it will doe

plants are very unruly and can take a lot, is the other cotyledon still okay? I think she will survive it, I have also had seedlings that almost half of them decapitated themselves and have made it. Give her a chance, what doesn't kill her makes her stronger. 💪😆
