Companies such as AC Infinity sells gear boards. You could also get plastic conduit to run multiple wires through so it looks like 1 run instead of many. I run my wires behind tent poles and other equipment use velcro straps that comes with AC Infinity products to secure the wires. All my equipment wires are ran at the top of the tent and exit out a duct port at the top of the tent, you just need to take your time and route them neatly and secure them.

Bundle excess cord with either zip ties or wire twist ties. You can tie cords to tent poles, even tuck under the bottom tray of your tent if it has a removable one. I have everything running to a surge protector in my tent, but I don't run nearly as much stuff in my tent as a lot of you guys. Just my lights, exhaust, air pump for my reservoir and a spare fan to help move air around. If you're running lots of other equipment like heaters, ac and humidifiers then you probably don't want it all on the same circuit.

Only planing. I had two extension leads from same room as tent was and one from neighboring room. You create 3 hub points were all equipment leads could be collected to. Preplan power usage ( aka try to keep all lights on one. Air exchange on other and heater and stuff on last lead ). And do rearranging while no girls inside ;)))
