Defoliate what ??? Why ??? How they will produce energy??? Most of current lights penetrate 50 cm deep into canopy, yours is like half of that ... Dont do comercial stuff for huge plants at home, especially with such tiny ones... You will do more harm than any theoretical gain ...

Defoliation: = no, your plants don't need it. Keep up he LST Water: = as needed, it might need more while in bloom as its growing a bit faster. Feeding: = keep it up, plants still need N in bloom just a bit less not a lot less like other tend to do. flushing is a myth just feed right amounts, if you feeding liquid make sure to get some runoff when you feed to prevent a buildup.
