Slight yellowing on bottom fan leaves

Hey guys my plant seems to be growing okay but i’m starting to notice the lower fan leaves are yellowing, i’ve top dressed with some organic bloom hoping it will help. Does this look like a N deficiency to you guys? Or maybe overwatering?
