Isn't that a ready-made grow bucket? Just add the seed?
If so, that plant is not enjoying the soil mixture.
If not, you're in luck because you can regulate the nutrients yourself.
She's having to process too much nitrogen. That's the yellow discoloration on the tips and edges of your leaves and also why your leaves are on the darker side of green. Unless that's due to your light and camera.
Give her just ph'd water for about a week and see if the problem persists. The damage won't go away but shouldn't appear on any other leaves from now on.
After she is stable, perhaps you can start her off on the nutrients again, but half doses.
