Well does the toplayer of soil has roots tho? I dont know why or how, but sometimes the roots just dont catch up with the surface and it never dries out, well not before the plant in starving. A week without watering is weird, either wrong pH, completly off light, nutrients or RH, so they eat very slow or simply underwatered.

pH level of the water you're using? I've had a number of nutrient issues caused by this being out of range as certain ones cannot be taken into the plant. Looks like you're in soil -recommendation for soil is 6.0-7.0.

Plants are overfed with nitrogen, by structure would say light is too intence, by discoloration - think heavy magnesium issues will start soon , because of : Either you dont have good watering regime, aka no wet/dry cycle. Lift pots to know real weight and state of each individually !!! Or/and your ph is way off from recommended 6.2-6.5 range for soil ....

Doesn't look too bad, I'd say they're underwatered. What medium and nutes are you using?
