The smaller one has red branches, the bigger one, shows also top branches turning red. idk if this is somethign to worry about. Any advises?

Hello. It's in the genes. Nothing to worry about.
If you look at the family tree for your strain, you'll see all the ancestors of your plant.
Either the parents or a plant somewhere in the background has red in it. Probably a Afghani.
