I agree with Papa_T, baking soda does not have a place in your grow environment. its rare for tap water to be so acidic its need that. and if your nutrients are to acidic then time for a new brand. or useing their PH perfect lieup. Also if you don't have an idea of the PH should not be adjusting it. double blind action. Tap is normally fine, even the small bit of chlorine in it is fine. Can off gas it most times buy sitting out, and for the water table systems who use the type of chlorine that does not off gas a bit of vitamin C will denature it and allow it to off gas like normal, but again I have never noticed an issue with it and I only use tap. It looks like a home made aerophonics tower using PVC pipe but wrapped in foil?? to reflect light back? supermario bros like. half expecting a piranha plant to come out of it. PH materials can be found in pool sections of big box stores or garden stuff or something plumbing things with hardwater tests. Can order it online or find it at other stores. I'd get one asap.

More than likely some sort of PH imbalance. Not sure for what reason you’re using baking soda in your mix. A PH tester is an important tool for a cannabis grower. I highly suggest you get a PH meter and PPM/EC meter as well. Must have tools. This run isn’t looking so hot. I would invest in some more tools and then try and start again with some fresh beans. Also you said you dilute with tap water. Are you letting that tap water bleed off the chlorine in it for 24 hours before using it? Or are you just taking from the tap and using it right after?
