Yellow tips do hint towards an excess of nutrients, usually Nitrogen. As long as it's just the tips, there is usually no reason for concern. It's simply a sign that your plant is on the edge of what it can uptake and process.
So no worries. No need to flush. Keep going as you were, but don't increase the nutrients you are giving already, especially nitrogen!
You should be good to give BioBloom and TopMax. If it's her first dose, perhaps start with half-doses so you don't push her into stress trying to process everything at one time.
