Flush is a personal choice. The plant will respond depending on how far out you start and the medium you’re using. Your plant looks mature enough, the amber ratio is a personal choice as well. Some plants will take a long time to ever produce any amber trichomes, while others will seem to be on time. It’s just a way to let you know just how mature and potent it is. The more amber you see the more mature it is, which also means it will start going beyond its peak. So just a few will let you know it is entering its peak potency. The percentages are kind of ball park, a guess at best. When you start seeing amber on the buds the time is right.
