m0useanswered grow question a month ago It looks like root issues from the soil not breathing and possibly causing root rot or PH lockout. the sysptoms are on par with calcium but if your added it in every iregation that does not add up.
I used to get a lot of this when I grew in heavier soils, I helped avoid it by practicing better watering habbits and mixing in more perlite into my medium at planting time. This allows the medium to drain a bit better and manages its water holding capacity by lowering it.
I think you need to let it recover, their is no fixing the damaged bits. When watering it again in the future do it slowly and over time. Like add in a bit wait 10 min add in some more and wait. allow the water to slowly penetrate the entire medium.
I could also be wrong but just going off your pics its a ball park guess. Start a dairy and link it to the question so others knows whats up.
