Yellow Spots and Curled down leaves

Spotted on 2 Plants Yellow Spots on the leaves. Not a major issue but i want to try my best that they recover before i send them into Flower.(+2Weeks)
Had some VPD (leaf Temp 23°C, 61% Humidity - now 53%) issues the last couple of days and ramped up my light to 600-800 PPFD.

Everything is looking good to me. The yellow spots could be due to the light increase. The plant is only a couple of weeks old. Continue to observe and watch. It doesn’t need continuous tweaking.
