You understand what happened here. They are too young to feed nutrients with an EC that high. Probably too early to top as well. It will take a couple of weeks to recover from these events. The plants is producing roots at the speed it produces foliage. You’ve set them back some. Be patient and don’t keep on tweaking. Just plain PH water for now.

They look a bit burnt, the plants have low nutrients until they enter the 4th week of vegetative growth or when they enter flowering. Up to that point, you shouldn't fertilize them too much; a little once a week is enough. But if they're that small, don't fertilize them at all.

You have probably started feeding nutes to early, the root stimulater is fine but grow and calmag a bit early as the soil should have enough in it for 1st few weeks.
