I have one plant that started showing deficiency signs, as a new grower looking into it, I thought maybe issues with Iron? I watered always with 6.5 PH, now im also seeing tiny little brown spots on some leafs, would appreciate someone with experienced opinion, CalMag possibly?

yeah, looks like calclium deficiency. Got some chlorosis on those top leaves, but more than one thing can cause that. If you amped up P and/or K in last couple weeks or just fed a bit high for long enough, consider dialing back a bit. Some suggested bloom formulas blast too much of those 2.

By look , is its soil - you overwater plant. That could lead to ph drift in pot. By overwater i mean frequency of watering, you need to have wet/dry cycle. By leaf i would guess its calcium. So calmag would help, but sort roots of issue. Diary would help way more to diagnose the issue.
