Terp1answered grow question 2y ago Way too small... I suspect too much water at the beginning and too much fertilizer (also at the start). But that's just a guess since I don't know exactly what you've done.
Otherwise, it's the same as with your other lady.
Pay attention to the following at the beginning:
Day 1 - 14
Temperature 26-28 °C
Humidity 70-80%
Light 150-250 PPFD
pH water at Coco around 6.0
No fertilizer for the first 5-7 days (they feed off their cotyledons and develop roots faster and more abundantly)
Then slowly lower the humidity to around 60% and keep the temperature around 26°C.
Fertilizer as needed by the plant. You have to observe and learn. There's no other way, but you can usually find good information on the manufacturer's website.
Until the end of flowering and then further down to about 35-45% humidity and 21-24°C.
Less is usually more, and if you do a few more runs, you'll get some really awesome results.
