Just like the other 2 say. There are still no signs of flowers, it's still in the vegetative phase.

They don’t look like they’re flowering or even preflowerirnrg. Only 3-4 internodes. No white hairs that I can see. You’re still in veg. and could use some more vegetative growth. What is your setup regarding lights and nutes? Autos can take a bit of a beating, so make sure your lights are ample and running 18 hours a day. Monitor your Ppms and aim for around 700 at this point. You can push them a bit depending on the strain and your nutes. Just be patient , let the coir dry a bit (I don’t know much about coir, but plants need wet/dry cycles for proper nutrition and root zone health. I’d pump them up for the next few days, and since coir is also very forgiving, see what happens. I bet you’ll get the growth you need, and provided you’re giving it good nutes it will start preflowerring in a couple of weeks. Then you’ll have lots of fun!

I dont see any preflowers/sexing happening yet, so i would say - No, flowering not started. What i see is stretch, think your light is too weak or wrong spectrum. Plant shows still 3 fingered leaves, arnt you overfeeding ?
