Seeing the whole plant is paramount to proper diagnosis. You can still post single leaf pictures but the full plant pictures from the top and side will help tell the whole story of what is going on.

I hate these photos of a leaf on a table. Believe it or not, seeing the whole plant provides a lot more clarity. Just knowing if the leaf came from the top or bottom of the plant matters. If it was an upper leaf I'd say you're too close to your light. If it was a lower leaf(which I suspect) it looks like an advanced case of nitrogen toxicity.
