If you spray/water during lights on - that will cause damage. Your watering equipment is wrong, such power is moving soil when sprayed, can easy rip gentle roots .... Moist quantity questionable, perlite is green and brown, so its all damp for too long 4sure. Those soil / coco mixes is absolutely troubles in my personal opinion. To me it looks like wrong watering regime, high humidity and temps ( maybe spraying during day as addup ), but not a feeding influence. In rare case - just bad genetics ....

Hi bud. By the yellowing of the perlite I am going to guess, poor watering habits. Before watering, the top layer should be dry. The perlite is yellowing due to improper dry/wet cycle. Too much moisture prohibits the seedling from feeding properly. This can lead to deformations with really young plants. Hope this helps, even just a little.

Hola muy buenas, no creo que tu plantita este muy estresada, las temperaturas no son muy Optimas pero no creo que por eso este asi. Eh mirado tu diario y no veo que te haz equivocado en algo, Simplemente diria que es por la semilla que te salio asi. No te preocupes tus Valores de PH es ideal en 5.8 cuando tengan algo mas de edad puedes ir subiendo hasta llegar alfinal de la Floracion a un valor de 6.5. Mucha suerta con tus chicas y un saludo 😀

Not really seeing any burn signs yet but a plant this young doesn't really need ferts yet. Sometimes hot soil or a pH that really off can cause early leaf wonkiness and sometimes it's just the seed. It will probably grow out of it in a week or two. If not it's probably a mutant.
