Spots on the Leaves Keep Getting Worse!

I'm colorblind and have a really hard time diagnosing my plants. They have some spots (no idea what color), and the new leaves have elongated tips that look kinda burnt. The spots just keep getting worse!
I think it might be too much light or overfeeding. What do you guys think?

Hi noch sind die Flecken hell, es kann schon am Licht liegen. Aber es wäre hilfreicher wenn sie ein Tagebuch Anlegen mit mehr Information. So kann mann nur spekulieren. Noch sieht es nicht al zu schlimm aus.

Spots are very light yellow. To much light would make the whole leaf turn from green to yellow. So your guess "overfeeding" is an educated on ;)

Please help to identify deficiency / excess???7 weeks, autoflower, soil + perlite, giving water with RQS Easy Bloom (half a tablet per 3 liters), pH of the watering mixture is 6.5. Few weeks into flower. Dealing with fungus gnats and have kept the population very low.
Temps do get high, at most 95 (hot I know). I cranked down the lights to their lowest setting (100 true watts LED).

Increased light intensity to PPFD 600.
This morning larger upper leaves are in "praying" position, one leaf closer to bottom looks sick.

my leave are going slightly dry and curling all over the place.
