No need to remove damaged leaves, they wil not "waste" a plants' resources.........just the opposite in fact, your plant will take valuable pre made elements from those leaves to use elsewhere, providing a resource!

This looks more like burning from over feeding, not heat stress. 18/6 is best, all canabis plants need "sleep" for a correctly functioning metabolism. I grow outdoors in temps that reach up to 120 for multiple days in a row each season and multiple times each season and don't get burned leaves at all, as long as the plants are properly watered.

Ensure your grow lights are at the appropriate distance from the canopy. LED lights, in particular, can cause light burn if placed too close. Refer to the manufacturer's guidelines for the optimal distance. Use oscillating fans to increase air movement around the plants. Ensure adequate ventilation to exchange hot air with cooler air. Ensure your plants are receiving balanced nutrients. Avoid over-fertilization, as it can exacerbate heat stress symptoms. Remove severely damaged leaves to prevent them from wasting the plant's resources. In some cases, foliar feeding with a mild nutrient solution can help stressed plants recover more quickly.

Looks like a nice girl you have there. I'm in a similar position. I keep my girls outside (in the shade), but bring them inside as soon as temperatures reach 80F. In order to reduce heat in your grow tent - I'd suggest opening as many vents as possible (as long as your air exchange is still optimal with extraction fan - stagnant air is bad). If you can incoorporate a small AC unit blowing into the vents that'll help cool down your canopy. Also - you might need to raise your lights temporarily as they'll be emitting and contributing to the heat. Weed is quite resilient, just try to keep an eye on her and be sure to have enough water in your soil (as higher temps will cause the plant to drink more). Good luck and keep up the good work!
