Looks like a bit of stuff splashed on the leaves and it burned or PH drift like AsNoriu said below.

I would say , looking at the plant , its aftermath of bad watering regime, ph drift from that and now your plant struggles to absorb calcium. Maybe heat in grow room adds up ....
