What (1) phase you are in and (2) the specific genetics of the strain and (3) the type of medium all come into play. Seedlings are temperamental and vulnerable, vegetative adult plants can take a beating, and flowering plants are somewhere in-between with temps. The genetics comes into play for example, is this genetic display something of a parent or grandparent that is naturalized in Alaska or the rainforest? Lastly, something that is being researched now, is medium in this area. Essentially what the research is showing is that the root zone health and temperature is much more important than foliage temperature. A healthy living soil web and a robustly thriving root zone has shown capabilties such as withstanding 100F+ days (recall this from a Dr. Bugbee video a while back).

Cannabis seedlings are very delicate and sensitive to temperature. Generally, the optimal temperature for their growth is between 20°C and 25°C. However, they can tolerate slightly lower or higher temperatures for short, but not extreme, periods. If the temperature drops below 15°C, their growth can slow down drastically and they could suffer damage. If it exceeds 30°C, you risk heat stress, which can hinder their development.
