What Bug is this?

What kind of Bug does this and how to remove it ? Damage is only on the upper side of the leaves. Left those irregular white spots. It's some long brown/yellowish thing, very tiny. No clue what that is or how to treat. Wanted to ask before I go for the Neem. Any Ideas?

Die weißen Flecken deuten auf Thripsen. Du kannst raubmilben kaufen die diese fressen, so mach ich es Aufjedenfall. Milben gibt's bei Amazon.
