Depends on the substrate..........
Coco coir and/or perlite or any other type of inert material, yes, every watering.
Soil should be schedule of plain water, plain water, fertilizer, plain water, plain water, fertilizer.
If planted in good quality and healthy soil, seedling should not need any fertilizers for at least the first 3 weeks.
Remember, always water the entire pot and until run off each and every time you irrigate.
This will help prevent the build up of any nutrient salts in your chosen substrate.
Then do not water again until the top inch or so has dried out again.
If your substrate is constructed properly, over watering will never be an issue.
Do not spritz your plants, this is pointless.
Never water to a fixed schedule, like X amount of water every Y hours.
Always monitor your pots and only water when necessary......this may be 4-5 days for seedlings or twice a day for large plants in hot weather.
Remember too.......18/6 is optimal and NEVER grow at 24/0!
Start a diary (and fill it out completely) to go with your grow, it makes solving questions much more specific if people can see what you are or are not doing!
