Preventing bud rot in short/dense grow?

Hi! First time grower here. My plants are short and stocky, but I expect the buds to be quite fat (I mean, look at them)
Do I have to worry about bud rot? If so, what can I do preventitavely, and how can I tell that I have rot?

Honestly the buds will only get a little larger than they are now maybe 1.5 to 2x the width they are right now. It’s when you grow plants that grow kinda wild and you grow them huge where the buds that are as tall as someone’s arm. That’s when you get buds that will have over 3 and 4inchs width.
Your buds will. It really get any taller than they are right now maybe 2 centimeters taller.
I would suggest if you have a humidifier stop using that during late flower. Just make sure you keep your humidity decently low you will be fine.
A lot of times when people start growing they will not dry the buds long enough and then put them in mason jars to fast and for to long at 1st.
Buds will get musky and can have rot if you don’t dry them enough b4 starting to cure
Also I would suggest getting a mesh drying rack and to wet trim all you buds and then dry them on the mesh rack it will make the buds not smell like old leaves or pickles
Also just be prepared for harvest have sissies and try’s to lay buds on and a trash can or where you want to collect trim with make sure to have several large mason jars and some humidity packs.
The more prepared you are for harvest the more likely buds will come out good

Just make sure to have an oscillating fan blowing on them and you should be fine. Good idea to inspect them daily. If your tent is super humid a small dehumidifier would also help. You can order a fan and dehumidifier from Amazon.com, hope that helps.

If your buds have a nasty smell or when you break open the buds the bud itself is a brownish color that looks like decomposing leaves that’s rot also sometimes you will see some white fuzzy mold stuff good way to know there is rot where you can’t see. Also when you have huge hug huge nugs that are like a foot tall and more than 3-4 inches width big giant nugs like that if you start to see some leaves dying and getting crispy sometimes there will be rot down in the bud at that spot. Lots of times you won’t know the rot is there till you dry the buds and break them open to smoke and see some funny white stuff and soft wet brown bud on the inside.

To prevent mold, it's important that the humidity in your tent doesn't get too high, ideally below 55%. Then, it's essential to have good air circulation between your ladies; remove leaves in the lower area where there's no light hitting them, as they don't do any good anyway, and this will allow air to flow better. I often have small, compact plants, and if you keep this in mind, you have nothing to worry about.
