I guess they're worried about the Feds.They havent always sold seeds in the US if I rmeber correctly. That Canadian,Mark Emery I think his name is got serious years for selling seeds to US customers from Canada.May have been a life sentence. That must of been over 20yrs ago but the federal laws haven't changed have they.

Despite DP being a well-known brand in the Americas, with an entire subsidiary arm to supply the Americas, this contest is EU/UK only for some reason without the title saying so. It is worked into the conditions.

Hi bud. Either you're not from the EU/UK, or perhaps you are blacklisted/banned somehow? Couldn't find anything else in the regulations that would exclude people. Hope this helps, even just a little.

You have to register through the form, and if they pick you, then they'll send you the seeds. And then you can sign up. If I understood correctly, there are about 100 spots, but they select the participants.

There's a registration link in the contest rules. You probably can't join until you register and create the diary.
