plants looking fine. don't see the question just a statement.
PPM is a bit high but is it on the 500scale? or 700scale?
500scale = 3.6EC "high"
700scale = 2.5EC "normal-high"
Also depending how you measured your runoff it might be artificially high.
I'd leave it, even let te PH climb A bit. 6.5-6.8
