defintely looks like a nitrogen deficiency. Also, the tacoing hints at some environmental issues - wind, heat, too much light? you'll have to eliminate possibilities.

Slightly risky to move them around so much, I usually shower before entering my room if I have been outside that day. Pollen, pathogens, and pests would be my worry. When I did living soil I even had an impromptu negative pressure room around the tent, with the tent having lower pressure than that, just to exhaust cleanly out. You have to remember that you're working with fish guts, bat feces, seabird emulsions, and on and on. IMO living soil inside is the hardest possible thing one could undertake with growing cannabis, while following all best practices and being safe with it. I've seen some gnarly compost teas being thrown around indoors with little ventilation and I would die to be a fly on the wall at the respiratory doctor's office in the future. I'm not a living soil hater, either. In fact, I'll be the first to say, categorically, living soil is superior in every way for the plant. Just a hazard to worth with safely for us, especially indoors. What is your water pH going in/runoff pH and EC. It looks like you're going for an all natural route so might want to check out some guys that do living soil and see what that looks like for them. There are many ways to do living soil but it can be finnicky. For newcomers to living soil, I recommend starting with a premix living soil, letting it sit for a few weeks or months, then boosting it back up to strength with Recharge/Great White. I've never needed anything else for fire living soil crops than those inputs and good watering practices (pH/runoff/etc.).

Plants are starving. if youre in organics then its going to take a week or so but should be fine. if in synthetics, give them a dose of your grow or nitrogen heavier nutrients
