Yes, over fed. Small plants in big pots with decent quality soil should not need any extra feeding for 3-4 weeks after transplanting. Never layer soil, always mix soil thoroughly. Never water to a schedule like 8 cups every 3 days for example. Always water the entire pot until a little bit of water comes out the bottom of the pot (run off), then do not water again until the top inch to inch and a half has dried out again........be this one day or 10 days.......then repeat. If you follow this wet/drying cycle, you should never have any issues with watering. Watering half a pot or just in a small circle next to the stem is nonsense..........roots will not grow outwards into dry soil! And what do people think happens in nature when it rains? The entire ground gets watered, not just a small area next to the plant! At this stage, do not feed again for at least 3 weeks and only give water for now. When you do resume feeding, start with quarter to half strength nutrients.

Also I suggest not using happy frog at all it has a ton of humic acid it will cause your plant problems later Also don’t use ocean Forrest with seedlings that soil is to hot and can cause problems with a seedling

Hey there it might be a little bit from nuts but I think it’s most likely over watering for sure with light stress on top. They will take forever to recover just so you know. Start with dialing back the light 20% for a few days also let the soil get super dry b4

The plant wont need nutrients for 3 weeks give or take and the soil will feed the plant for 3 weeks before needing any outside

The soil looks wet. make sure to let it dry out a bit in between watering. theyre also fairly dark, uou can dial back the nutrients 1/4 especially until they get bigger and need more. also when this young, and fox farms ocean forest will feed your plant for 3 weeks or so. i transplant every 3-4 weeks with ocean forest because i wont need to feed my plants with how heavy the soil is with nutrients. let the soil dry. so wait atleast 3 days but it may be more like 5-7 days and then water with 4cups around the plant in a circle. not all the way at the rim but about halfway between the plant and edge of pot. wait another 3 days and do it again and continue this until your plant is needing watered daily and increasr it to 8 cups every 3 days. this is a good general rule but its not perfect by all means.
