Hi, what you need to pay attention to when harvesting is the trichomes, those are the little things on the leaves. At first, they are clear and turn milky; when that happens, your plant is ripe because it has the most THC. However, if you prefer it to be a bit more narcotic, wait until some turn amber and then harvest. I always go for a mix of 80% milky and the rest amber, but there will still be a few clear ones. Now you have to decide what you prefer :)

You’re close, but not quite there yet. Looking at your trichome shots: most heads are still cloudy, with just a few turning amber – that’s the main sign. Also, many pistils are still sticking out straight and white-ish. When they darken and curl in, that’s another cue she’s ready. If you harvest now, expect a more heady/uplifting high. If you wait until ~10–20% amber trichomes and more pistils recede, you’ll get a more heavy/body effect. Use a loupe or macro lens and focus on the buds, not sugar leaves – that’s where it matters.

Hi no, she still needs about 1-2 weeks and just give her water in the last weeks. They are very dark green. Good luck for the last days 😊.
