Seedling got too much light.

My seedling was much too close to the grow light.
Growth stagnated now, it has light burnt leaves.
The light is now further away.
What else can I do to stimulate its growth again?

Hey growmie, seedlings are fragile, but they bounce back quick if you give them a break. Since you already moved the light, just keep things steady now:
Try to keep temps around 24–26°C
Humidity about 65–70%
Don’t overwater, just keep the medium slightly moist
No nutrients yet unless you’re in coco
The burnt leaves won’t recover, but if you see fresh green growth in the center, it’s back on track. Just let it do its thing now. You’re not the first to give a seedlinga hard time, definitely won’t be the last!

Hi jetzt kannst du nur noch abwarten ob sie sich erholt, aber hier ein paar Tips zum Thema Licht und richtig einstellen.
Du soltets Deine Lampen richtig einstellen, nutze dazu die handy app Photone und versuche diese Werte einzuhalten
PPFD: Dieser Wert gibt an, wie viele Photonen pro Sekunde auf eine Fläche von einem Quadratmeter treffen.
optimale PPFD-Wert während der Keimungsphase 100- 250 µmol/m²/s in der vegetativen Phase bei etwa 400–600 µmol/m²/s und während der Blütephase bei 600–900 µmol/m²/s2.
DLI: DLI misst die Gesamtmenge an Licht, die eine Pflanze innerhalb von 24 Stunden erhält. Für Cannabis liegt der ideale DLI-Wert zwischen 20–40 mol/m²/Tag, abhängig von der Wachstumsphase dazu gebe die Anzahl der Stunden die deine Lampe an ist und welche lichtspektrum sie abdeckt.
Vielleicht hilft dir das etwas für die Zukunft.
