Should I split harvest and is it ready?

Still has some time. Split harvest, idk. You have to prepare and clean everything twice. Wouldn't do that except for really, really, really large plants .. perhaps when the harvest would take a day anyway 😂

In my long experience, partial harvests are a failure. Just chop the entire plant and be satisfied with what you get rather than dwelling on what might become. Once you remove a large portion of the plant, it will go into shock and any "after ripening" is never as good as the first pick, even though the buds down low may seem a little under done. In other words, second pick is never as good as first pick, even if slightly immature.

I can’t see the tricombs but more times than not the hairs are just as good of an indicator looks done to me. Honestly I’d chop the whole plant at the same time. The plant doesn’t have to have 100% hairs changed colors as long as a majority on the whole plant have changed you will be good

Yeah that’s totally fine, I do s two stage harvests all the time. Tops usually ripen first, so I’ll harvest those and give the lower one's another week more or less. Helps squeeze out a bit more from the plant without rushing anything. Yours look just about ready.
