Hey fam. Any ideas on this issue? 2x2, light at 30%, RH 50% Using coast of maine bar harbor soil. Flora flex nutes at 1.5g V1 and V2 per gallon. A little added cal mag. Some added RAW potassium. PH at 6.2 to 6.6 but seems to keep doing this still. Its getting really annoying.

Guess: You're showing signs of potassium deficiency (burnt edges) and possibly magnesium deficiency (interveinal yellowing). Your feeding seems unbalanced—adding RAW potassium may be causing lockout or imbalance with calcium and magnesium. Reduce added potassium for now. Ensure your CalMag is adequate and consistent. pH 6.2–6.6 is fine, but aim for 6.3–6.5 in soil. Monitor runoff EC and back off overall nutrient strength slightly to allow recovery.

Hey! From what you’re describing and especially if you’re seeing purple stems this looks like a nitrogen deficiency. Even though your feeding seems balanced, sometimes plants still don’t get enough nitrogen during veg, especially in soilless or lightly amended mixes. Double-check your base nutrient mix, you might need to slightly increase nitrogen or make sure it’s actually being absorbed (check runoff pH too). The purple stems can also be a sign of stress or immobile nutrient lockout, often tied to early nitrogen issues.

Did you add the potassium because of this issue or was that before hand? I recomend ceasing everything except the coast of maine soil. Or stopping the soil, swithcing to something inert, then continuing feeding as you described with your amending.
