Your light intensity is fine (195 PPFD at 40cm is chill). The 32°C spike didn’t help, but it’s not gonna kill her. Just keep temps stable now (24-26°C is perfect), let the medium dry a bit between watering, and watch new growth — that’s what matters.
If new leaves come out clean and green, you’re golden. Those first leaves always look rough if they caught stress early.
Ride it out — she’ll bounce back easy.
