LST & defoliation done — what’s next?

At this point, it might be best to give them a few days to recover and grow a bit more. After some recovery, you could gently continue to guide the tops if needed, just by tucking larger leaves or adjusting the branches slightly. Heavy defoliation might not be necessary right now. Maybe once the stretch is over in early flower, it could be worth checking again if any adjustments are needed. Everything looks like it is on a good path so far. Just staying patient and observing should work out fine.
