Hey growmie, used to run a 600W HPS in a 1x1m, and it was dialed, great balance of power, coverage, and efficiency. For a 2x2m space, though, two 600W lights might be a bit underpowered. That gives you around 300W per m², which is on the low end for flowering under HPS. If you're aiming for full, even coverage and dense buds across the whole tent, you’d really want: 3 x 600W for solid results Or even 4 x 600W to hit that sweet 600W/m² zone HPS loves Two can still work if you keep the canopy tight and centered, use reflective walls well, and don’t expect the edges to bulk up like the middle.
