I looked back at your diary. You put them straight into a full living soil mix? That could explain the toxicity. When using living soil or super soil that has been matured, you only put 1/3 to 1/2 of that in the bottom of the pot. The rest should be filled in with starter soil or a soil with only minor amounts of fertilizer in it. This helps to avoid the soil from becoming too hot. My guess is your girls turned yellow when they sprouted cause it was already to hot for them. Not much you can do other than light flushes and let it dry back. Just make note of how much you use on the next grow and adjust from there. You gotta find the right mix for living soil and starter soil and then you'll be good to go start to finish. Till you get it sorted, may have to do ammendments on top. Best of luck! Happy Growing!

Nitrogen toxicity is dark green leaf not yellow. Nitrogen deficiency yellow leaves. Check a leaf chart might be something else.

Looks like you have been over watering and blasting them with to much light never letting them recover

Hey growmie, yeah that clawing and twisty top growth definitely looks like classic nitrogen toxicity. Super common in veg, especially if you hit ‘em with something like Mega Crop after a pH hiccup. Since you’re in living soil, I wouldn’t flush hard — just ease up on the feeding for now. Plain water, pH’d around 6.3–6.5, and give the microbes some time to sort it out. No need to panic, just let it dry back nicely between waterings and avoid disturbing the soil too much. Also check your lights — if they’re a bit too close or cranked up, that can stack on top of the N toxicity and make the leaf twist worse. If everything's looking good there, just ride it out. Once the new growth starts coming in flatter and brighter, you’re back in business. Hope that helps growmie, you’re on the right track 🤞🍀🤗
