I have a question, most effective way of getting rid off fungus gnats, changing watering habits is out of the question after wk3 when I feed every single day with run off, probably heard it all before but I'm curious what you would recommend.

To best combat fungus gnats, I recommend you:
1. Use yellow sticky traps where the adult fungus gnats will stick.
2. For the larvae and eggs, I recommend using nematodes, which you can order online, and they will eat the larvae and eggs of the fungus gnats.
With these two methods, I've been successfully combating them for years, and since then, I haven't had any problems anymore.

i dont know what they are called in english bro but we call them aaltjes if i translate that to english they are called nematodes they eat the eggs and die out as soon as they have nothing more to eat.

Also putting sand or mulch or rocks or even fresh dry soil on the top of your soil
Also after you water the soil when the top soil is wet and compacted some take a fork and kinda dig up the top inch of the soil and break it up so it will dry faster

1 try and water from the bottom the pot instead of the top set the pot in maybe 2 or 3 in of water so the top soil dries out
Yellow sticky traps work wanders get a pack of like 50 yellow traps and put like 5 new ones in the tent every day till there gone it will kill most of them
Mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide 5 parts water and water all the way thru the soil
You can mix water and vinegar and dish soap and essential oils like mint and spray directly on the top the soil and directly on flying fungas knats
