If 24/0 light is so harmful, why do so many photoperiod and auto growers use it successfully during early veg — with healthy growth and zero signs of stress?

Glaube nicht das es schädlich ist, der einzige Vorteil den ich sehe bei 18/6 oder anderen Licht Zyklen ist das man Strom spart und das die Pflanzen im Dunkeln verschiedene Stoffwechsel durchführen. Und sich in dieser Phase erholen. Es ist aber natürlich möglich mit 24/0 zu growen ohne das die Pflanzen sterben habe beides schon gemacht. Bei mir bleibt es im Moment bei 18/6 werde aber kurz vor der Blüte auf 20/4 gehen und dann nach 2 Wochen in 12/12. Meine Kollege macht seit Jahren 24/0 und hat immer gute ernten, also funktioniert es auch.

From what I've read, it's all about the DLI anyway. You can run lights longer with lower ppfd and not cause issues, however is there a benefit to your electric bill for it? Could you do the same with higher ppfd and less time to save on the bill? You can grow so many ways which is part of the fun of it. I encourage to find what works best for you. Some things just are budget friendly though. Any way best of luck and Happy growing! Nice looking plant
