Don't know what medium your growing in although appears to be soil. If it's a pre fertilized soil they don't require any nutrients until now, usually 3-4 weeks into grow. Doesn't appear to be over or under watered. At this stage of my grows I only need to water about every 5-7 days. The pot looks small, leaves are extending beyond the edges and at such a young age. it looks to me like her growth is being stunted as well. It appears from one of your last pictures in your diary, she is only starting to form her third node. At this stage my plants are starting their 5th node. When I LST my grows and at this stage, granted my plants are bigger, the leaves can reach the edges but that's in a 5 gallon fabric pot. What it looks like to me is nutrient water was splashed on the leaves but I have seen this occasionally in my grows at various stages. A leaf here or there, that's nature. Some genetic reason. I would transplant into final pot ASAP.
