Need defoliation guidance

Hi, I wouldn't defoliate yet. Wait a little longer until they have a few more leaves. What you should always remove is any leaves touching the ground. There's a risk they could get mold or diseases there. Otherwise, I would wait until they are bigger. They look good so far.
