What installation would be required. I just don't want people outside of my home smelling it. Because if you stand at the front door u can rlly smell it if they are in flower. My tent is 80 cm x 80cm x 140cm. I only grow one plant but train her well to use up the whole tent.

For that size tent you would get away with a 4inch/100mm Extractor and carbon filter. Make sure the carbon filter has a higher m3/hr then your Extractor fan otherwise your filter won't be able to scrub the smell as efficiently as it should. Ac infinity do a really good Extractor that's quiet and has controllers you can use to help dial your temps and Rh.

lol lets keep the question to the question, not people's profiles oldskoolkool "WOW,don't you talk some nonsense. You're clearly full of yourself like a few others on here that Iv put right a number of times. You sound like that double zero dick who claims he's a scientist.High IQ and a few grows and he knows it all..until I put him right that is.I stated.A little intelligence and a few grows under your belt and you know better than everybody else. You got a number of things wrong. How can you claim a grow will produce little to know smell...if its dialed properly.Thats utter nonsense. You can smell my plants outside when the room next door has the wndow open on the lock, less that 1inch,and they're in veg.Don't be mistaken by my poor spelling, limited vocabulary and working class background.I left school at the age of 13.I grew my first plant outdoors with bag seed in 88 and started hydro growing indoors in the early 90s.Iv had grows 88 plants strong for years all while breaking the law,I would of gone to prison for that. And thats the tame part of me so Im clearly not your average grower plucking things out of thin air like yourself.I wont be messaging back and forth,I wasted 1 hour of my life telling the double zero idiot time and time again." me "I'll leave this up just to refer to. Show me your background, because mine is in physics. I implore you to keep an ozone generator next to your bed at night then, stand on your own advice bub. I have UV supplemented grows on here, brother-man. I have a commercial ozone machine. I have a self-designed ozone mixer for use in residential settings. I don't care about your vocabulary, how long you've been growing, or what you think about science....science is science is science. Does that threaten you??? The true sign of intelligence is knowing when you don't know something, this is indeed a two way implication....a normal distribution where the people on the other end of the spectrum also don't know when they don't know anything. Keep growing and keep sharing your knowledge, tell folks how it went three decades ago outdoors or something....but pipe down telling people how to use UV generating devices in residential settings if this is the best retort you have..... I firmly believe if you knew better, you'd do better. That is why I didn't go to personal attacks - just laid out the facts, the physics, and why it is bad advice and asked you to stop giving people terrible advice on the topic given you demonstrated a material misunderstanding of the core concepts..... You make the mistake of assuming someone who just came online is a new grower. Looking at the crops will clearly tell you that isn't the case, or talking to me, but you can assume whatever you want... It literally does not phase me at all. My perpetual flow is still gonna pull every month, my crops will still be za, and I'll still be here to state facts. You are, genuinely my friend, welcome for the free education on this topic. Feel free to reach out for any more grow advice. ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ‘ฝ Just for a double-schooling....(ironic given your name)....check out any of the trichome integrity studies, anything from the teams researching for Cannatrol, any new researchers on cannabis and chromatography.....you are 100% wrong as could be on "How can you claim a grow will produce little to know smell"..... The only scent in a grow will be from ruptured trichome heads. Something any (good) grower is going to be minimizing. indoors or in a greenhouse. See the buds with 5%+ terps, 35%+ cannabinoids grown in sealed CO2 rooms which are then dried and cured in the cannatrol system........with ZERO smell. When science contradicts your own thought processes, most people would stop themselves and think deeply....you on the other hand came to my profile to give me word salad. I actually feel bad for a lot of the old timers, stuck on anecdotes and anti-intellectual to their core, science is popping off in this field. I just hope you can start the brain cells moving again old head, so that you dont get squarely left in the past in this field...."

DM me if you need a safe ozone generator setup, sorry oldskool but throwing one of those in a hallway is terri-bad advice. I am one of the folks advocating for UV supplementing if one wants, and must say that this type of layman's use of a powerful tool is the reason UV has a bad name truly. I don't blow dry my hampster with a 12,000 CFM 400F hot air fan.... Making ozone is typically done with a trick using a metallic plate or with a lamp with metal that gets vaporized inside of the bulb to trick a very specific wavelength out... Ozone is nearly always a byproduct of creating UV photons. Ozone is used for these reasons (sterilizing ducts, etc.) because of a key property. UV light is super reflective within a bubble of ozone. So everything you hate about UV light and the DNA damage and possible cancer risks and destruction to cells on a molecular level, well with an ozone generator you are doing all that to the interior of your mouth, lungs, throat, and so on....as well as ramping up the possible damage externally to yourself by literal magnitudes. Ozone being super reflective means that UV photons, which are high energy and generally only travel on the order of feet.....are stuck in a bubble that floats rather freely....you can even push this bubble to the edge of the room or through ducts..... This type of complete whiff of how to use something with such clear scientific parameters is how people end up with 4 generations of cancer, just to find out some idiot put a uranium fuel rod clearly marked STAY AWAY in their basement 30 years ago. Throwing one in the hallways is literally like a photoshoppped Temu suggestion for an ozone generator, that likely doesn't work. Any generic one from a reputable vendor typically costs 3-4 times what you state your friend paid. Anyone who has been growing for a long time is gonna tell you the same things. Firstly, if your environment is dialed in (low trichome destruction from humidity, temp, light intensity, and so on) then you won't be giving off much if any smell no matter what cut you're growing...science. Second, fighting scent is a losing battle....only height and distance matter. So vent as high as you can and put as much distance as you can in the line....that means vent upward no matter what when leaving the house and carbon filters add distance. If you live in a backwards place where they'll comb your carpet for a flake of shake then send you upstate for a decade, then yes...maybe an ozone generator is worth it. I typically would put one in line inbetween two carbon filters with a two staged fan system pushing and pulling with CFM calculated to guarantee negative pressure in the tent and negative pressure in the mixer.....the timing for the ozone generator in my circumstance per science...was like 20 seconds on, 3 minutes off....pull the ozone through the second carbon filter, this is how a scientist would use an ozone generator. The mixer would require access ports to be built in and the timer to be externally validate-able....so you can cut her off, know she is off, wait about a half hour for any ozone to dissipate, then get to the machine if needed.... Please for the love of cannabinoids, tell your friend to move his cancer machine.

Easy. Your tent has those round holes for Air intake, right? Pick a fitting filter and fan, install it like everyone else, and you're good. Budget decides which one. Most will work as long as you get a little underpressure in the tent.

You'll also need a small piece of 4inch ducting to conect the fan and filter. The tent will have a 4inch hole in it.

You need a small extractor fan and carbon filterMake sure the filter is the correct size for the fan.I don't think they do filters smaller than 4inch,100mm.Iv used Solar and pilau extractors for several years,I think they're still the queitest fans out.You may find a 4inch on ebay.Ozone generaters work amazingly well on killing smells. They don't mask it they actually change the molecule but you can't live with it as its not an oxygen molecule anymore.Iv used mine in my last place as I had a hall leading to the outdoor.Iv just lent it to my friend whose in that situation and he's most impressed, says he cant smell a thing in the hall when he could before. Its a small one which was under ยฃ30.
